Terms of use
Information for the journey, not a mobile service.
These terms explain the limited purpose of Roavio, the role of third-party information and the responsibilities that remain with the reader.
1 / Scope
What this site is and is not.
Roavio is an independent informational and educational website about eSIM technology and travel connectivity. It publishes general explanations, travel-preparation material, device-verification questions and country context. By using the site, you understand that the content is not telecommunications service, carrier advice, device repair advice, legal advice, financial advice or an instruction to enter into any particular arrangement.
Roavio does not operate a telecom network, act as a mobile carrier, issue eSIM profiles, arrange a mobile line, sell a plan, activate a service, or access your device. It does not have access to device records, carrier systems, profile information, connection status or mobile usage. Nothing on the site creates a service relationship between you and Roavio.
Pages may describe general device settings or travel concepts. They do not replace documentation for your exact hardware or the current conditions of a relevant carrier or provider. You are responsible for checking official information before making decisions that affect your connectivity, privacy, travel or expenditure.
2 / Accuracy and updates
Useful information has a changing edge.
We aim to present content carefully and in good faith. Technology, software, regional device versions, interface labels, carrier restrictions, service terms and travel conditions can change without notice. Accordingly, information may become incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. We may revise, remove or update pages at any time, but we have no obligation to update every item on a particular timetable.
Device compatibility is particularly variable. A feature may depend on exact model number, sales market, firmware or operating-system version, device lock status and the technical requirements of a relevant service. A generic device family, image, article or user report is not confirmation for your device. Ask the official manufacturer about its hardware and software, and the relevant carrier or provider about its own terms and constraints.
Travel connectivity also depends on conditions beyond the scope of this site, including location, terrain, building materials, weather, network operation, border geography, device condition, line settings and service terms. Roavio makes no representation that a device will connect, continue to connect or be suitable for a specific route, destination or use.
3 / Third-party material and links
External resources remain external.
For reader convenience, pages may link to official manufacturer, carrier, provider, photograph-source or other third-party websites. A link does not mean Roavio controls, endorses, sponsors, verifies or is affiliated with that external destination. Third-party pages have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and content. Inspect those materials before relying on them.
Photographs are used as editorial travel context. Source-page links identify the photo source where appropriate. Such imagery does not depict or establish a relationship with an eSIM service, carrier, device manufacturer or network. External photo platforms remain responsible for their own content and licensing terms.
You should use caution with unexpected messages, lookalike sites and unrequested technical assistance. If you need help with a specific line, device lock, profile or service condition, find the official contact route independently through the relevant manufacturer, carrier or provider. Do not share private profile information with an unsolicited contact.
4 / Use and intellectual property
Read, share a link, respect the work.
You may use Roavio content for personal, lawful informational purposes. You may link to pages in a way that does not misrepresent the site or imply affiliation. You may not copy substantial portions of the text into another publication, remove attribution, use the site in a misleading commercial context, interfere with its operation, or present its material as carrier, provider or manufacturer documentation.
Site design, original text, branding and layout are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only where necessary to identify device families or explain general compatibility questions. No use of a third-party name creates endorsement, affiliation or approval.
We may restrict access to the site or revise these terms if necessary. Continued use after a revised version is posted means you accept the revised terms to the extent allowed by applicable law.
5 / Liability
Make consequential choices from current official facts.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roavio and its contributors are not liable for loss, cost, damage, interruption, missed travel, data use, device issue or other consequence arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use the site or linked resources. This includes decisions about device settings, travel routes, external services, public Wi-Fi and third-party content.
You remain responsible for your device, travel documents, data choices, security decisions and any arrangement you make with another party. This site does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in the jurisdiction that applies to you.
6 / Contact
Questions about the site itself.
For corrections, editorial feedback, content questions or general inquiries about Roavio, contact [email protected]. Please do not send eSIM profile information, device identifiers, travel documents or other sensitive information. Roavio cannot provide line-specific assistance, device unlocking, connection diagnosis or any mobile-service function.
These terms are written for a static educational resource. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Last reviewed: 23 October 2026.
